Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years prior experience in building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, general repair).
• Any equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and scheduling of work orders.
• Assist in training and onboarding of employees; assess team skill levels.
• Conduct facility assessments and maintain professional demeanor with leadership, tenants and vendors.
• Maintain facilities, grounds, snow removal, furniture installs, HVAC/R preventative tasks and custodial duties.
• Respond to CMMS work orders; track labor hours and communicate status.
