Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automated building systems experience may be required depending on assignment.
• Lead for racial and educational excellence and dismantle inequity in our community.
• Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.

Responsibilities

• Open facility, review work orders, and ensure safety compliance.
• Supervise custodial activities to meet appearance standards.
• Maintain facility grounds and housekeeping tasks.
• Coordinate major repairs with other departments and submit requisitions.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on building systems.
• Lead, train, and evaluate facility staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Respond to facility emergencies on a 24/7 basis.
