Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations across our communities. You will oversee staff and vendors, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate service requests and preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance personnel, managing inventory, and supporting the Community Manager with budgeting and inspections. This is a full-time on-site role with on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards.
• Manage maintenance supplies and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance in all activities.
• Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff under Community Manager.
