Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience; prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own function.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management; suggest efficiency improvements.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfection of the building.
• Conduct market research and compare costs when evaluating new vendors.
• Track regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems and identify effective approaches to meet objectives.
• May establish new techniques to ensure team objectives are met.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
