Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a multi-site community in Norfolk, VA. The role involves supervising repairs, managing inventory, and ensuring safety standards are met while coordinating with the Community Manager.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC certification and boiler/chiller experience, with a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• Boiler and chiller experience preferred.
• CAMT highly recommended.
• Fair Housing Certification required within 1 day of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and coordinate repairs to buildings and grounds.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies for maintenance and custodial teams.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Respond to work orders, plan preventive maintenance, and supervise in-house and vendor work.
