Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a maintenance team responsible for grounds and building upkeep in the community. You will manage inventory, respond to work orders, schedule preventative tasks, and ensure safety policies are followed while coordinating with vendors.

The role requires HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and experience supervising staff. CAMT is recommended; Fair Housing training within 14 days of hire is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, ordering and delivery of supplies for maintenance, custodial and grounds teams.
• Respond promptly to work orders and make-readies.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Coordinate in-house and vendor work; supervise staff.
• Oversee training and disciplinary actions for maintenance personnel.
• Communicate with residents and vendors to schedule work and resolve issues.
• Maintain professional appearance and courtesy of the maintenance team.
• Research and evaluate products used in community upkeep.
