Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, custodial and grounds teams; coordinate work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety policies at all times.
• Schedule in-house and vendor work and manage tool/equipment inventory.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs.
• Lead recruitment, interviews and training for maintenance staff.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication with residents and vendors.
