Covenant Living Communities and Services seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Facilities Management team. You will operate building systems, manage a diverse maintenance portfolio, and coordinate with departments to ensure resident-focused service.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, planning preventive maintenance, and coordinating with contractors under CRC policies. Strong safety and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Strong leadership to guide the maintenance team.
• Experience in overseeing work orders and status communication.
• Familiarity with building codes, emergency preparedness, and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and generators.
• Accepts and completes work requests within skill set and timelines.
• Oversees trades/contractors for specialized equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance including lubrication and filtering.
• Assists with renovations, redecorating, and construction additions.
• Schedules and supervises Maintenance Department weekend coverage.
• Maintains safety and infection control procedures.
• Maintains department budget and coordinates with Directors.
