Job summary

Covenant Living in Golden Valley, MN seeks a Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Director of Facilities Management. You will lead the Facilities Management team, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with trades and contractors to meet resident needs.

Responsibilities include operating building systems, supervising work orders, and ensuring safety and compliance while collaborating with housekeeping and other departments.

Qualifications

• Operations and maintenance knowledge in building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Leadership ability to guide maintenance team toward goals.
• Project management skills for work orders and status updates.
• Regulatory knowledge of building codes, safety and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and generators.
• Accepts and completes work requests timely; coordinates with team.
• Supervises trades/contractors and oversees renovations.
• Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Paints interior/exterior and maintains grounds.
• Oversees department budgeting and safety compliance.
