Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs on industrial machinery, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate documentation within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Conduct rigorous safety inspections and adhere to strict compliance protocols, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and GMP standards.
• Support facility-wide continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean and 5S principles to daily workflows.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to ensure the continuity of critical production processes.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or military maintenance roles.
• Solid working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements for PPE usage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Advanced electrical certification or specialized industrial maintenance training.
• Proven ability to work independently while managing complex technical tasks.
