• Execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize production interruptions and extend equipment life.
• Manage the full lifecycle of spare parts and maintenance consumables, ensuring inventory accuracy through precise ERP system transactions.
• Oversee the documentation of all maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment performance reporting, to maintain high operational standards.
• Perform complex repairs, installations, and commissioning of facility machinery and tooling to support production goals.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure specialized maintenance tasks meet our quality and safety requirements.
• Proactively identify potential equipment failures and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Required Skills

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance or an Associate’s Degree in a related technical field.
• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and the safe operation of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks at heights when necessary.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety regulations and EHS protocols.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance capacity.
• Direct experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or similar ERP software.
