Qualifications

You will leverage your expertise in complex mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and enhance the overall efficiency of our production environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced diagnostic and repair procedures on industrial machinery to ensure peak operational performance.
• Analyze equipment performance data and predictive maintenance metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential failures.
• Collaborate with planning teams to refine preventative maintenance schedules and improve long-term asset reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean methodologies to reduce costs and streamline maintenance processes.
• Troubleshoot sophisticated control systems, including hardware and software configurations, to maintain seamless production flow.
• Fabricate and repair specialized components using precision machining tools, welding equipment, and metalworking techniques.
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team-wide technical development through knowledge sharing and training.
