• Advanced proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including high-voltage systems and circuit analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in PLC programming, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and mechanical repair.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive preventive and reactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical failures by performing root cause analysis to implement permanent, high-quality solutions.
• Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC systems, including analog and digital I/O, to ensure seamless automation performance.
• Configure and calibrate AC/DC drives, VFDs, and PID control loops to maintain precise operational parameters.
• Interpret complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics to perform advanced system upgrades and repairs.
• Collaborate with maintenance leadership to manage spare parts inventory, optimize work order documentation, and maintain organized technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and safety training to production staff to foster a culture of operational excellence.
