Job summary

Caliberr Staffing is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to support our industrial manufacturing environment in Ivyland, PA. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, perform preventative maintenance, and maximize equipment uptime.

You will lead inspections, collaborate with engineering, operate heavy equipment safely (forklifts, scissor lifts), maintain logs, and respond to emergencies to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems.
• Experience operating forklifts and scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive inspections of manufacturing machinery to identify and resolve potential failures before they impact production.
• Diagnose and repair intricate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including facility electrical infrastructure up to 440V.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to install, calibrate, and commission new production lines and specialized equipment.
• Manage routine facility upkeep, including building systems, lighting, and general infrastructure to maintain a safe and productive workspace.
• Utilize hand, pneumatic, and power tools to perform precise manual repairs and equipment modifications.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation using internal software systems to track repair history and inventory.
• Support cross-functional teams by responding to emergency maintenance requests and optimizing daily workflow processes.

About the Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our industrial manufacturing environment.
