  • Associate’s degree in a technical field is required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical schematics and perform complex equipment repairs.

  • Execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure peak machine availability.
  • Lead the installation and commissioning of advanced production machinery to support scaling operations.
  • Drive the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, such as MTTR and equipment uptime, to identify and execute efficiency upgrades.
  • Manage critical spare parts inventory through Kanban systems to ensure rapid response to equipment needs.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving PLCs, industrial robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine maintenance strategies and reduce operational disruptions.
