Job summary

SP+ in Los Angeles is seeking a maintenance/cleaning professional to support garage operations and ensure a safe, clean facility for customers. You will follow checklists, perform routine maintenance, and assist customers as directed by the Facility Manager.

Responsibilities include daily garage walks, trash handling, painting, bulb replacement, safety checks, and coordination with supervisors. Requires High School Diploma, driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 pounds; some shifts may include

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• May require 3rd shift and/or weekends availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance/cleaning per checklists and supervisor instructions.
• Walk garage daily to note and fix maintenance issues.
• Sweep, clean entrances, railings, and restrooms.
• Empty all trashcans in garage, booth, and office.
• Paint surfaces as directed to keep facility neat.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and address spills.
• Submit repair/maintenance requests when needed.
• Check safety items and ticket/gate operations daily.
• Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and sweep sheets.
• Operate basic cleaning/equipment and snow removal tools as required.
• Assist customers and cover other duties as needed.
