Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a full-time Facility Maintenance/Attendant in New Orleans, LA. The role involves cleaning, basic repairs, and assisting customers within a busy parking facility.

Candidates should be able to work 3rd shift and weekends if needed, and maintain a neat appearance with a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include daily garage walks, trash removal, painting, bulb replacement, and coordinating with the Facility Manager for repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license required or maintained.
• Availability for 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Commits to safety and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance duties and cleaning per checklists.
• Walk garage daily; note and correct maintenance problems.
• Sweep, clean entrances, exits, railings; maintain cleanliness of office and restrooms.
• Paint and repair surfaces as directed; replace bulbs.
• Handle trash, inventory janitorial supplies, and repair requests.
• Operate basic equipment (sweepers, mowers) and manage safety items.
• Assist customers within facility and resolve complaints with supervisor.
• Maintain uniform appearance and perform other duties as assigned.
