Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring a facilities maintenance attendant in Austin, TX. You will perform cleaning, light maintenance, safety checks, and assist customers within the facility. The role requires ability to lift 50 pounds, operate basic tools, and work varied shifts including weekends or nights as needed.

You'll maintain cleanliness, respond to requests, and help ensure smooth operations of garage areas and entrances. Training provided; uniform and safety policies apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• Ability to read, write and interpret written information.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed to keep all areas of the facility clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify and fix maintenance issues; operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints with supervisor support.
• Maintain a neat appearance and comply with the scheduled shifts, including potential 3rd shift and weekends.
