• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists and supervisor directions.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Sweep, clean entrances, signs, rails, and office/restrooms; trash removal.
• Paint surfaces and replace bulbs as directed by the supervisor.
• Report repairs or safety hazards to the Facility Manager promptly.
• Assist customers and operate as needed across cashier/attendant duties.
