Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Lima, OH seeks a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to oversee the Plant Operations department, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation of grounds, buildings, and equipment on the health campus.

This role directs programs, performs repairs, and manages safety training and MSDS procedures, supporting residents and staff with a well-maintained environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver's license in the state of residence.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a DOT physical before providing transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs the Plant Operations department, its programs and activities.
• Ensures the safe operation of the building maintenance environment to promote resident safety.
• Conducts daily rounds to proactively identify and address physical plant and resident maintenance needs.
• Obtains and maintains MSDSs for hazardous chemicals in the Plant Operations department and trains staff in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs as needed on equipment, building and grounds and maintains grounds, landscaping, and parking areas.
