Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to oversee the Plant Operations department at Genoa Retirement Village, ensuring safe, compliant grounds, buildings and equipment for residents and staff.

Lead maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and supervise daily activities to maintain a neat, safe and efficient campus environment for ongoing care and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department and programs.
• Ensures safe operation of the building maintenance environment for resident safety and satisfaction.
• Performs daily rounds to identify and address maintenance needs and ensure equipment is functioning.
• Maintains MSDSs for hazardous chemicals and trains staff on hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs to equipment, buildings and grounds to keep the campus safe and neat.
