Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to oversee the Plant Operations department at Cypress Pointe Health Campus in Englewood, OH. You will lead maintenance programs, ensure safe building operations, and address daily resident care facility needs.

Responsibilities include managing staff, enforcing safety and regulatory standards, coordinating repairs, and ensuring MSDS compliance for hazardous materials, with transport duties requiring valid licensing and DOT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficiently.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a DOT physical before providing transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department, its programs and activities.
• Ensures the safe operation of the building maintenance environment to promote resident safety, welfare, and satisfaction.
• Conducts daily rounds to identify and address physical plant and resident maintenance needs; checks equipment and ensures availability and operation.
• Obtains and maintains MSDSs for hazardous chemicals; trains employees in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs on equipment, building, and grounds; maintains grounds, landscaping, and parking areas in a neat, safe condition.
