Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Genoa, OH seeks a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to lead the Plant Operations department for a health campus. You will organize programs, direct preventive maintenance, and ensure safe building operations supporting resident care.

The role requires overseeing daily rounds, safety compliance, and coordination of maintenance activities to maintain a neat and safe environment while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver's license in the state of residence.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• Compliance with all state transportation regulations to ensure resident safety.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a DOT physical before providing transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department, its programs and activities.
• Ensures the safe operation of the building maintenance environment to promote the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of residents.
• Conducts daily rounds to proactively identify and address physical plant and resident maintenance needs.
• Obtains and maintains MSDSs for hazardous chemicals; trains all employees in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs to equipment, building and grounds; maintains grounds, landscaping, and parking areas.
