Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks a Manager of Facilities Maintenance at Cypress Pointe Health Campus in Englewood, OH. You will oversee Plant Operations, ensure safe building maintenance, and supervise daily rounds addressing resident needs and equipment readiness.

Responsibilities include managing MSDS procedures, conducting repairs, and maintaining grounds to ensure a safe, inviting campus for residents. DOT-compliant transport and safety oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver's license in state of residence.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers).
• Meets state requirements for transporting residents and proper licensing.
• Compliance with state transportation regulations for resident safety.
• For Kentucky applicants: must complete a DOT physical before providing transportation services.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, evaluates, and directs the Plant Operations department and its activities.
• Ensures safe operation of the building maintenance environment for resident welfare and safety.
• Conducts daily rounds to address physical plant and maintenance needs; checks equipment.
• Maintains MSDSs for hazardous chemicals and trains staff in safety procedures.
• Performs repairs on equipment, building and grounds; keeps areas neat and safe.
