Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Wisconsin is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facility maintenance team, hire, supervise and develop staff, and ensure all equipment, buildings and grounds are kept to company standards.

You will prioritize safety, support lockout/tagout, handle service calls and repairs, manage the facility budget, and maintain a compliant stockroom with essential consumables, contributing to overall site reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years related experience and 4+ years leadership.
• High School Diploma/GED or Technical School Certification with 9+ years specific experience and 6+ years leadership.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising and development.
• Ensure equipment, building and grounds are maintained to company standards.
• Prioritize safety and support Lock Out Tag Out execution.
• Oversee service calls and machine repairs; assist mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive loss reduction through breakdown analysis.
• Maintain compliant stockroom with necessary consumables for the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 9 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s degree
