Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a facilities maintenance leader in Ashland, VA to direct maintenance and reliability programs and drive preventive/predictive maintenance initiatives. You will optimize asset uptime and supervise safety, vendor relations, and capital projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, leadership skills, and a track record in maintenance planning. The role requires a strong commitment to OSHA standards and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• Alternate path: High School Diploma/GED or Technical Certification with 6–8+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Preferred electrical or vocational certification or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability programs to improve asset uptime.
• Ensure safety and OSHA-compliant policies and procedures.
• Manage third-party contractors and contractor management program.
• Maintain equipment, buildings, HVAC, fire safety systems, and grounds.
• Provide responsive maintenance support and timely service calls.
• Support budgeting, capital projects, and initiatives to reduce utility use.
• Travel up to 10% and perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Position Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance efforts, enhancing asset utilization and uptime through the implementation of professional maintenance and reliability improvement processes, and developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs that include failure and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with all maintenance company policies and procedures while prioritizing safety in accordance with OSHA regulations and best practices
• Manage third-party contractors and oversee the company contractor management program to maintain operational efficiency
• Maintain all equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards, including landscaping, fire safety systems, HVAC, and critical process equipment
• Provide responsive and proactive maintenance support to all facility customers, ensuring timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs
• Support facility budgeting and capital projects while championing initiatives that reduce utility consumption and drive continuous improvement through breakdown analysis
• Travel up to 10% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1+ years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience
