Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Downey, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive and predictive maintenance, conduct root-cause analyses, and drive safety initiatives in a high-output beverage facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis.
• Maintains safe work environment, hosts safety meetings, ensures safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforces lock-out/tag-out program.
• This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards.
• Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
