Job summary

Martin Brower in Phoenix seeks a facilities maintenance leader to drive reliability and uptime across the campus. You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, analyze failures, and lead safety initiatives aligned with OSHA guidelines.

You will manage internal teams and third-party contractors, support budgeting and capital projects, and drive energy efficiency initiatives. Travel up to 10% as needed; perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience
• High School Diploma/GED or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance, enhancing asset utilization and uptime.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance policies and OSHA safety standards.
• Manage third-party contractors and oversee contractor management program.
• Maintain equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards including HVAC and critical process equipment.
• Provide proactive maintenance support to all facility customers and ensure timely service calls and repairs.
• Support budgeting and capital projects and drive continuous improvement through breakdown analysis.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Schedule: 6:00AM-2:30PM with flexibility to work weekends as needed on call and overnight.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance efforts, enhancing asset utilization and uptime through the implementation of professional maintenance and reliability improvement processes, and developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs that include failure and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with all maintenance company policies and procedures while prioritizing safety in accordance with OSHA regulations and best practices
• Manage third-party contractors and oversee the company contractor management program to maintain operational efficiency
• Maintain all equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards, including landscaping, fire safety systems, HVAC, and critical process equipment
• Provide responsive and proactive maintenance support to all facility customers, ensuring timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs
• Support facility budgeting and capital projects while championing initiatives that reduce utility consumption and drive continuous improvement through breakdown analysis
• Travel up to 10% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical or Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree
