The Facilities Maintenance Manager will oversee and provide maintenance, upkeep, and hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to support existing business processes at Chart Inc. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians and leads.
Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies needed for operations.
Establish and update preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
Supervise Maintenance Technicians in accordance with company policies, safety practices, and laws.
Maintain an inventory of spare parts.
Ensure all production equipment is maintained to meet standards and maximize uptime.
Assist in developing the annual operating budget and track/report monthly.
Inspect construction and installation progress for compliance with specifications.
Review real estate contracts for compliance and suitability.
Coordinate building services such as security and janitorial services.
Basic Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree or specialized training beyond high school.
Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Four-year university degree.
Experience: Up to five years of relevant experience.
