Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance under close supervision.
• Carry out custodial duties, grounds maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Assist engineers; move materials and run project errands.
• Replace door hardware, locks and keys as needed.
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces and prep materials.
• Change lighting fixtures and bulbs; clean and service fixtures.
• Move furniture and assist with setup of spaces.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and company policies.
