Provincial Senior Living in Broken Arrow, OK, is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for a single community. This hands-on role oversees repairs, building systems, move-in readiness, and vendor coordination as part of the leadership team.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; technical certification preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
