You will oversee repairs, preventive work, and building systems, ensuring readiness for residents as they move in and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in building systems and facilities.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and work order management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required.
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses.
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
