Provincial Senior Living – Part of the Discovery Senior Living Family is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for its Independent Living community in Oklahoma. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and building-system upkeep to ensure readiness of units and common areas.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, responding to after-hours needs, and managing budgets while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical certification preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
