Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for our Independent Living community. This full-time, on-site role covers overall building maintenance and contributes to the leadership team. The position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday.

The role requires hands-on maintenance expertise, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge, with a track record managing work orders and preventative tasks. Join a mission-driven team focused on care and hospitality.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required; technical certification preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.

Mansioni

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required.
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses.
