Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for our Independent Living community. This role oversees repairs, preventative maintenance, and building systems to ensure resident readiness and safety.

You will coordinate vendors, respond to after-hours needs, and help manage budgets within a fast-paced campus environment. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and proficiency with work

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance.

• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
