Provincial Senior Living in Voorhees Township, NJ is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for a hands-on, single-community role. You will oversee repairs, building systems, and preventative maintenance while contributing to the leadership team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of maintenance experience, a High School Diploma, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and strong prioritization skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
