Job summary

Provincial Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for a hands‑on, single‑community role. You will oversee repairs, maintenance of HVAC/plumbing/electrical, and ensure apartment readiness before move-in.

You will join a leadership team focused on safety, efficiency, and service quality, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, vendor coordination, and operational support in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical certification preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required.
• Coordinate vendors and support maintenance-related services.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, supplies, and expenses.
• Support housekeeping and community operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
