Job summary

Oxford Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director in Broken Arrow, OK, to oversee the general maintenance of the Community, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and grounds, while leading the life safety program and supervising housekeeping. You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and support residents with a safe, well-maintained environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of building systems, and at least two years of maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical
• Two (2) years of experience coordinating a maintenance program for a company or large division

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems
• Lead life safety programs and supervise housekeeping
• Walk the community to identify repairs and follow up
• Manage budgets and purchase supplies; maintain inventory
• Supervise third-party contractors and vendors
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and coverage planning
