Provincial Senior Living, part of the Discovery Senior Living Family, seeks a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for a single community in Austin. This hands-on role leads repairs, oversees maintenance, and supports the leadership team to ensure reliable operations and resident satisfaction.

You will manage HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, coordinate vendors, and monitor budgets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical certification preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience managing work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and systems proficiency.

Responsabilités

Our Independent Living community is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on, single‑community role responsible for overall building maintenance while contributing as part of the leadership team.
