FirstService Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the building’s physical plant, lead maintenance staff, and ensure safety and reliability across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.

You will implement preventive maintenance programs, coordinate with contractors, provide on-call coverage, and follow company procedures. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, time off, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong maintenance & repair skills in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• 3–5 years of general building trades experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• Supervises maintenance staff through work orders and directs tasks.
• Plans and appraises job results; coaches employees.
• Assesses repair needs and estimates time to complete.
• Monitors service and repair contractors.
• Maintains preventive and reactive maintenance schedules.
• On-call availability for emergencies and projects.
