Job summary

SP+ is seeking a maintenance professional to handle facility upkeep, cleaning, and customer interactions at our Lakewood location. You’ll perform basic repairs, monitor gate systems, assist customers, and coordinate with the Facility Manager. A valid driver’s license and English literacy are required; heavy lifting and outdoor work are common.

Prior maintenance or painting experience is a plus. This role may involve third shift or weekend work and other duties such as cashier or attendant tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability to work 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance problems.
• Sweep and clean entrances, exits, rails, and rest areas.
• Empty trashcans in garage, booth and office.
• Paint surfaces and replace bulbs as needed.
• Report repairs or maintenance needs to Facility Manager.
• Check gate arms, ticket spitters, and general operations for proper function.
• Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies.
• Operate and maintain facility equipment as required.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints; cover cashier or attendant duties as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
