Job summary

Home Leasing LLC is seeking a reliable Porter/Maintenance to support the Maintenance Superintendent with daily upkeep of the building and grounds. You will perform cleaning, routine maintenance, and preventative tasks across the property, reporting issues in writing and monitoring site lighting.

This on-site role includes maintaining records and stocking supplies while interacting with residents and staff. We offer strong benefits, including medical insurance, generous PTO, a 401K with employer

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly.
Ability to multi-task in a busy maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

Assist Maintenance Superintendent in daily upkeep of building and grounds.
Perform maintenance and cleaning on grounds, parking lots, apartments, offices, and common areas.
Clean vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and glass; implement Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
Report damage, vandalism and incidents in writing to Community Leader.
Monitor site lighting and report problems; maintain records and stock levels.
