Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools and power tools in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations; safety compliance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of property.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units, including planning and coordinating with vendors.
• Develop standards for grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas in line with high community standards.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors; ensure quality and compliance with policies.
