Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED; college or technical degree preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep per safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant apartments, schedules vendors, and inspects completed work.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and overall appearance of grounds, interiors, and common areas to reflect high property standards.
• Periodically inspects work by service team and contractors to ensure quality and compliance; takes corrective action as needed.
• Maintains inventory and assists with budget planning and cost-control programs.
