Job summary

Gallery Residential seeks a Service Director to oversee and perform maintenance across buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functional standards. You will lead with a focus on resident satisfaction, safety compliance, and cost-conscious operations.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, ability to manage make-ready processes, and coordination with the Community Director to maintain budgets and schedules. On-site work with flexible hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on maintenance skills and the ability to diagnose and repair problems.
• Experience with standard tools, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication abilities with OSHA/MSDS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assists with and completes work orders from resident requests and routine property upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and coordinates with Community Director on supplies and budget.
