Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in maintenance or related field.
• Experience ensuring compliance with federal (EPA Clean Water Act) and local regulations, particularly water pollution.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance and repair, including power washing, restriping, sweeping and painting.
• Work with the on-site manager to prepare maintenance and cleaning schedules; assign and supervise work.
• Walk prospective maintenance jobs and submit timely proposals.
• Oversee daily functions of maintenance staff to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct daily inspections on projects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Be on-site as needed during special and seasonal projects.
• Coordinate work with the on-site manager to manage contracts and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and governance.
