Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator in California to drive planned maintenance, asset reliability, and site infrastructure. The role focuses on CMMS-based asset management and coordinating with external vendors to meet quality and safety standards.

You will work closely with production to protect output while maintaining regulatory compliance, with a 8 AM–5 PM schedule and a potential 1-day work-from-home option. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of facilities experience with maintenance programs.
• Experience with CMMS and asset management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and expand a digital asset database within the CMMS (MaintainX). Track equipment lifespans and forecast asset replacement cycles.
• Build, prioritize, and schedule the site-wide Planned Maintenance (PM) Works Program.
• Act as a bridge between facilities and production; schedule maintenance windows around operations and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external engineering consultants, facility service vendors, and contractors; assist with tenders, inspect field installations, evaluate SLAs, ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and hazard risk assessments; partner with EHS and Quality to ensure compliance with QMS/EMS and industry regulations.
• Attention to detail.
