Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily and weekly maintenance work order system, ensuring all requests are prioritized, tracked, and closed efficiently.
• Manage the preventive maintenance (PM) program to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with operational standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Sanitation, to align maintenance activities with production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records within the CMMS, generating reports on downtime, backlog, and recurring equipment issues to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee maintenance inventory, including ordering critical spare parts and managing vendor relationships for external service needs.
• Support facility projects by tracking material procurement, contractor schedules, and project documentation.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance administration, manufacturing operations, or facilities coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
