Job summary

CEMCO LLC is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for our California manufacturing facility. You will manage the CMMS, plan and schedule maintenance, coordinate labor and contractors, and support purchasing and inventory to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree and at least 3 years in maintenance planning/coordinator roles, with CMMS and ERP experience preferred and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance planning/coordinator roles.
• CMMS administration, purchasing, inventory control, or related manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers the CMMS, including asset records, PM schedules, work orders, and history.
• Plans and schedules preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinates labor, contractors, downtime, and resources for scheduled work.
• Supports preventive maintenance program development and improvement.
• Sourcing parts, materials, supplies, and services.
