Job summary

Accelera Staffing seeks a Maintenance Planning Coordinator to act as the central hub for reliability and asset management at our facility. You will optimize equipment uptime by managing work orders, coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, and streamlining parts inventory to ensure seamless production operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in maintenance administration, manufacturing operations, or facilities coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong bridge between technical teams and operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and weekly maintenance work order system, prioritizing, tracking, and closing requests.
• Manage the preventive maintenance program to ensure reliability and standards compliance.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sanitation to align maintenance with production schedules.
• Maintain CMMS records and generate reports on downtime, backlog, and recurring issues.
• Oversee maintenance inventory, order spare parts, and manage external vendor relationships.
• Support facility projects by tracking material procurement, contractor schedules, and documentation.
